STEM abrange muitos aspectos de nossas vidas e serve como um catalisador para alcan\u00e7ar os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (Agenda 2030), fornecendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os desafios emergentes em nosso cotidiano. A sub-representa\u00e7\u00e3o das meninas nas \u00e1reas STEM n\u00e3o se deve a limita\u00e7\u00f5es cognitivas, mas sim aos processos de socializa\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizagem em seu ambiente, que moldam sua identidade, cren\u00e7as, a\u00e7\u00f5es e escolhas. Portanto, o projeto EQUAL SciTech tem o potencial de expandir significativamente as oportunidades de aprendizagem para mulheres em STEM, proporcionando acesso a uma ampla gama de oportunidades profissionais. Al\u00e9m disso, a iniciativa pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento de ensino neutro em termos de g\u00eanero, promover um ambiente de aprendizagem agrad\u00e1vel, prevenir e combater a evas\u00e3o
