STEM comprende molti aspetti della nostra vita e funge da catalizzatore per il raggiungimento degli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile (Agenda 2030), fornendo soluzioni alle sfide emergenti nella vita quotidiana. La sotto-rappresentazione delle ragazze nei campi STEM non \u00e8 dovuta a limitazioni cognitive, ma piuttosto ai processi di socializzazione e apprendimento nell\u2019ambiente in cui vivono, che modellano la loro identit\u00e0, convinzioni, azioni e scelte. Pertanto, il progetto EQUAL SciTech ha il potenziale di ampliare significativamente le opportunit\u00e0 di apprendimento femminile in STEM, offrendo accesso a un\u2019ampia gamma di opportunit\u00e0 professionali.
